Ishcheika Season 2

On May 26, 2016, another successful project of the First Channel finished, telling the story of a female investigator with a special sense of smell for criminals.

The second season of the beloved series is currently under consideration, but if the film studio "Star Media" and director Dmitry Brusnikin do take it on, then the premiere will take place no earlier than spring 2017.

What will happen in Season 2

The story revolves around Alexandra Kushnir, a police officer in a Russian metropolis. For insubordination, she is transferred to a small seaside town and appointed head of the criminal investigation department. Relations with her colleagues did not start off well: the male team reluctantly accepted the fact that they would have to obey a woman's orders, especially since the head of the local police department is her ex. But nothing stops the professional Alexandra from fighting crime and solving the most complex cases. She earns the nickname "Ishcheika" for her talent in hunting down criminals.

The first episode was shown to viewers on Channel One on May 16, 2016. With the overwhelmingly positive reviews it received over the course of 16 episodes, the creators of the series simply cannot refuse to shoot the continuation.

When will Season 2 of Ishcheika be released
