The producer of the comedy TV series, Evgeny Yuranov, has revealed that the film will feature numerous extreme scenes. The audience will see vehicles sinking, residential buildings on fire, summer houses toilets flying, and countless other creatively performed stunts.

Two families, residing in the southern part of Russia and sharing the same surname, find themselves in a rather delicate situation. For many years, they have raised and nurtured children who are not biologically related to them. It turns out that a grave negligence occurred in the city maternity hospital, where the medical staff accidentally switched the newborn babies. The only differences between the families are their social status and income level. One family enjoys a life of luxury and is accustomed to indulging in expensive pleasures. The other family cannot boast of the same level of prosperity and is more rational in their major purchases. One not-so-beautiful day, a shocking truth is revealed - their sons were switched at birth. It is pointless to search for the unprofessional hospital employee responsible for such a barbaric mistake. The main characters are concerned with completely different problems. First and foremost, they must figure out how to navigate this ambiguous situation and protect the grown-up boys from emotional trauma.
