Eduard Iloyan, executive producer of the Russian comedy drama "Ivanovy-Ivanovy", announced the renewal of the sitcom for the 2nd season, the release of which is tentatively scheduled for mid-March 2018.

The final of the premiere part is planned to be shown at the end of 2017. The broadcast is carried out on the entertainment channel "STS". The authors of the TV series borrowed the idea of creating from a popular program that tells the story of heroes whose children were switched at birth in a maternity hospital.

The main characters of the melodrama settled on the southern coast of Russia. Two friendly families with the same last name live in a small town. One of them has the opportunity to spoil their heirs with expensive gifts when they want to, as they are quite well-off and wealthy people. Members of the other dynasty cannot boast of a solid capital and have to count every earned penny. 16 years after the birth of the babies, they found out that they have been bringing up children who are not their own all this time. The parents are in a state of shock and have to make a difficult choice - how to act in this ambiguous situation and whether to establish a relationship with the unexpectedly declared new relatives.

Mikhail Trukhin, who became popular with viewers after participating in the TV series "Treachery" and "Streets of Broken Streetlights", Anna Ukolova, who acted in projects "Moscow Greyhound" and "Borodach", Sergei Burunov, known for movies like "Friday" and "Driver for Vera", and other actors were invited for the key roles.

The first episode will air in 2017. A total of 20 episodes have been filmed. The script tells the story of namesakes belonging to different social strata. They had to communicate for the sake of their children, who suddenly turned out to be strangers.
