Like other citizens, they have the opportunity to study, work, and visit entertainment establishments.

The main characters have completely different personalities but are forced to live in the same territory. Each of them has their own goals. Someone wants to have a successful career in their chosen field, someone is trying to find a suitable partner. One of the girls is struggling with excess weight and dreams of losing weight. Another dreams of lying on the couch while wealth flows into their hands. They do not make much effort to earn money. The roommates try to establish contact with each other, argue, make up, fall in love, and break up. For example, the couple Ksusha and Pasha were already preparing to strengthen their relationship through marriage, but a disagreement that occurred made some changes. In the new season, viewers will be able to see the beloved beauty Karina. She will arrive in an interesting company. The guys also have a pet - a raccoon named Semen.

The main roles are played by ordinary people who can be met on the streets of any provincial city. They were invited specifically to participate in a reality show and none of them have an acting education. The ideological inspiration and director is Kseniya Bugrimova. Previously, she worked on the popular TV project "Bachelor". The program is filmed based on a similar German creation, consisting of 9 seasons and gaining a huge number of fans in its homeland.

The first episode aired on March 8, 2016. A total of 108 episodes were filmed. The screenwriters are not responsible for the actions of the characters. They only set a certain direction and create a situation, and the characters themselves look for possible solutions depending on their own values and worldview.
