Channel Zero Season 2

The mystical series "Channel Zero" is produced by Universal Cable Productions. Its screenwriter and producer Nick Antosca gave the press information that there will be a continuation of the thriller. The second season is scheduled to be aired in early February 2017.

The finale of the premiere season took place at the end of 2016. The drama was broadcast on the foreign TV channel "SyFy". The events unfold in a small town called Iron Hill, where the main character is forced to return after a long absence. In his childhood, he had to endure a serious trauma associated with the loss of his beloved brother.

Under mysterious circumstances, Eddie and several other boys of his age went missing. After thorough searches, the bodies of all the children were found, except for Mike's close relative. Someone cruelly tortured the bodies, pulling out their teeth. Law enforcement officials, together with experienced detectives, tried to understand the mysterious incident but quickly failed. The traces led nowhere. It is for this reason that Painter did not have a burning desire to visit his father's house. Upon arrival, he encounters an old comrade who now holds a responsible position as the local sheriff. He invites his friend to a family dinner, where it becomes known that Gary's children are interested in watching the ill-fated TV show "Candle Cove". This program was being shown before the boys disappeared in the distant year of 1988. They admit that the plots scare them. Everyone comes to the conclusion that they are somehow connected to the deaths of the students. And when the next day the parents did not find their underage daughter, they were convinced that they were not mistaken in their predictions.

The key roles were played by Paul Schneider, the star of films "All the Real Girls" and "Water for Elephants", Fiona Shaw, who participated in projects "Dark Kingdom" and "True Blood", Natalie Brown, who appeared in films "Dawn of the Dead" and "iZombie", and other artists.

The first episode aired on October 11, 2016. A total of 6 episodes, each lasting 60 minutes, were shot. The characters try to put together all the pieces of the puzzle and understand what happened in their town 25 years ago.
