Her mother gets a job as a correspondent at a local publication. She writes a column about criminal incidents. The hardworking woman tells the residents about everything that happens in the district. She is very good at writing intriguing articles and exposing criminals. She investigates heinous murders. The determined lady communicates with the victims, looks for important witnesses, and conducts interrogations. She deeply sympathizes with anyone who has fallen into trouble. Soon, major changes occur in her life. She is being hunted by a mysterious stranger who sends her strange letters and closely monitors her movements. He makes it clear that he will not leave her alone under any circumstances. The heroine begins to realize that the stalker may be connected to her past.

The main roles were played by Maria Valeshna, who participated in the series "Bum" and "The Road to Nowhere", Alexander Pashkov, who appeared in the films "Playing Games" and "Winter Woman", Ilya Noskov, who starred in full-length films "Weapon" and "Vasilisa", and other artists.
