Kumir Season 2

The film company "Rosmedia" assured the audience that the screening of the 2nd season of the exciting TV series "Kumir" will take place no earlier than 2019.

The final episode of Season 1 is expected to be released in mid-2018. The action takes place in the 70s of the last century in the capital of Russia.

What will happen in Season 2

The project is dedicated to a renowned football player who, thanks to his talents, was able to succeed and become a real star. After numerous sports victories, he topped the list of the most talked about people of his time. His name was heard in every apartment. Fellow countrymen followed the guy's achievements with interest and wished him further prosperity. Soon, his team will have a decisive match against very strong opponents. The guys train around the clock, realizing that their future depends entirely on the match in the UK. Gusko only thought about the tournament and could not imagine that one day he would be accused of a heinous crime. The investigation that started put an end to his brilliant career. In order not to end up behind bars, he begins to look for possible witnesses to the horrific incident. The young man makes a series of efforts to rebuild his life and not lose his freedom. An old acquaintance of the athlete, photographer Konstantin, agrees to help his friend achieve justice and find the true violator of the law.

The main roles were played by: Dmitry Labush, who appeared in the mini-series "Loyalty" and "The Woman of His Dreams", Olga Kuzmina, who starred in feature films "Strange Monastery" and "Kitchen in Paris", Alexei Yarovenko, who participated in the films "The Innocent" and "Beyond the Sky", and other actors.

The premiere is scheduled for the first half of 2018. There are 8 episodes. The main character was an excellent football player, but the accusation of a horrific murder crossed out all his immediate plans.
