Kvartet release date
On TV channel TV-3 in the second half of 2017, a comedy series "Quartet" will start. The director of the new sitcom was Anna Melikyan, known for her victory at the recent "Kinotavr". The script is based on the autobiographical story of Nastya Palchikova, who currently leads the group "Dry".
The actions of the crime drama revolve around a cellist who, hiding her past, runs away to a music school. The director makes her play in a quartet with other classical musicians. But the company of musicians is not quite ordinary: elite prostitute violinist Polina Skritneva, kleptomaniac violinist Andryukha Murzaev, cellist with a dark past Nastya Obalkina, and schizophrenic violist Masha Simonova play shoulder to shoulder. The show goes under the motto "Drugs, Sex, and Classical Music", which are usually incompatible.
