Before starting the filming process, the film company "Diesel Studio" conducted extensive work. Employees communicated with respected teachers of Bogomolets University and other doctors in order to create a high-quality TV series.

The story is dedicated to active and brave people who are studying in their third year at a medical university and diligently pursue scientific knowledge. They have to absorb an incredible amount of useful information, study specialized literature, and attend important lectures. They live in a run-down dormitory and get used to independence. Now they have to take care of their own well-being. They lose parental supervision. The main characters grow up, face challenges, and make difficult decisions. They need to undergo an internship at the city hospital, where they encounter the horrors of this place. Not all members of the medical personnel treat incoming patients with due attention. Some drink heavily or engage in other activities. However, among the medical professionals, there are true experts who consider it an honor to help the sick cope with serious illnesses. The determined students want to learn useful skills from them and bring benefit to people. The young people will experience many difficult moments, go through trials, and find good friends.
