The TV series "Nyukhach" from the Ukrainian channel ICTV has been airing since November 11, 2013. The show was created by young director and screenwriter Artem Litvinenko, for whom it became his premiere work.

The plot takes viewers into the life of Narcissus (played by Kirill Kyaro), also known as Nyukhach. The guy has a super-sensitive sense of smell, which he uses to solve crimes. The Special Investigation Bureau uses his services as an external expert for criminologists. Thanks to his sense of smell, he can accurately determine or dismiss a criminal's alibi, tell where he has been recently, and expose lies. Such a talent does not give high-ranking officials a chance to hide their "dirty deeds," so after a short period of time, someone will try to kill Narcissus. Despite the fact that this seems like a gift, Nyukhach suffers from his ability. No one can surprise him in life, as he knows everything in advance thanks to his sense of smell. Relationships with women are also difficult, as they cannot lie to Narcissus or take a step without his knowledge. External smells also distract Nyukhach, so despite his super sense of smell, he is defenseless in the outside world.
