Orphan Black Season 6

The new 6th season of the TV series "Dark Child" will not be released as the project is completed. This was announced by the producer of the Canadian fantasy action movie, John Fosset, who is also the director and screenplay writer.

Series plot summary

The main heroine is an orphan. She did not have a chance to experience parental care. Due to a difficult childhood, she became convinced that she does not deserve love. When the girl realized that she was pregnant and soon an unwanted child would appear in the world, she did the same thing as her mother - she gave the baby to others. After some time, Sarah witnesses a suicide. The deceased looks like her, so the young woman decides to take on the identity of the unknown person. In this way, she not only obtains the financial savings of the unfortunate, but also a whole heap of problems. As it turns out, there are several clones of the beauty walking on the Earth. She needs to uncover the secret of their creation and understand why they regularly die.

The key roles were played by Tatiana Maslany, who appeared in movies "The Oath" and "Being Erica", Jordan Gavaris, who appeared in TV series "Orphan Black" and "Unnatural History", Maria Doyle Kennedy, known for the projects "The Tudors" and "Downton Abbey" and many other artists. In 2016, this crime drama won an Emmy award.

The first episode was shown to the audience on March 30, 2013. A total of 50 episodes were filmed. The film tells the story of Sarah and her doppelgangers, who live independent lives and have suicidal tendencies.
