Outlander Season 6

Jim Colberg, executive producer of the "Outlander" project, revealed his desire to launch Season 6 in the fall of 2020.

The final episode of the fifth season will be broadcast on the channel "Starz" in early 2020. The story is dedicated to a kind woman who finds herself in an unusual situation.

What will happen in the sixth season

The lovely beauty named Claire has endured many difficult trials. During the war, she cared for wounded soldiers and couldn't wait for a happy reunion with her beloved spouse. However, an unusual incident prevented her from enjoying the company of her significant other. The friendly nurse unexpectedly traveled from the mid-20th century to the 18th century. She couldn't provide a reasonable explanation for such metamorphoses, but she didn't give up. The attractive lady began to look around and search for someone whom she could turn to for advice. Quite quickly, she realized how difficult it was for previous generations to cope with hardships. The native inhabitants were not eager to get close to the strange girl. They suspected her of deceit and betrayal. The first person who didn't see an enemy in the comely lady was the rugged man Jamie. The independent Scotsman extended a helping hand to her and became a good companion. Together, they went through a tremendous amount of trials and became incredibly close.

The key roles were played by: Katrina Balfe, featured in feature films "Obsessed" and "The Price of Desire," Graham McTavish, who appeared in films "Platinum" and "Stolen," Sophie Skelton, known for the series "Consequences" and "Catastrophe," and other artists.

The premiere took place on August 9, 2014. 67 episodes were filmed. The main heroine tries to adapt to an unfamiliar time and follow established rules.
