An American dramatic series directed by Andrew Bernstein, the world premiere of which will take place on July 21, 2017 on the American service Netflix. Jason Bateman, who played the role of the main character, also served as one of the show's creators.

Marty Byrd works for one of the Chicago financial organizations, he is a model family man, he has a wonderful wife Wendy, with whom they are soulmates, and two teenage children. But behind his unassuming personality hides something dangerous. The family's financial situation leaves much to be desired, so the man started engaging in criminal activities, laundering money for a drug-selling organization. However, the troubles that started in his illegal activities force the Byrds to run away from the metropolis to the depths of the Ozark Mountains in the state of Missouri, to a small town lost in the mountains. Along with his relatives, Marty takes the money obtained from the drug cartel, and now a real hunt is being conducted for them, organized by drug dealers. The danger threatens not only the culprit, but also his wife and children. In the lost world, the main character hopes to weather the storm, but troubles find him even hundreds of kilometers away from civilization...
