Quarry Season 2

Even before the completion of the first season, the producers of the series "Quarry", including Greg Yaitanes, announced that a second season would be filmed. It will be shown on television no earlier than 2017. Currently, filming is still ongoing.

Immediately after the release of the pilot episode, the creators of the series had no doubts about its subsequent popularity. The first season aired on September 8, 2016.

What will happen in the 2nd season

The story of the series unfolds in 1973 in Vietnam. The United States government conducts direct propaganda on television about the need to defend its state far beyond its borders. It is directed at young men who, in the heat of their youth, believe what is said. The central character of the plot becomes the brave and legendary soldier Quarry. During his service, he has already experienced many battles, becoming an example for young boys. But his service time is over, and Quarry has returned home. Instead of the deserved respect, he is met with a wave of mistrust and even hostility there. Rumors of soldiers' misconduct on the territory of Vietnam spread throughout America. After even his closest friends turned away from him, the once legendary soldier decides to completely change his life - he becomes a mercenary. This leads him into a network of killers and robbers who operated in Mississippi at that time.

The first episode of the second season is scheduled to air on September 8, 2017. The producers have planned a total of 8 episodes for the TV series "Quarry".
