Reign Season 4

In April 2015, the third season of the TV show "Reign" is coming to an end. The series has been airing on The CW channel since the middle of autumn 2013. The last three seasons consisted of 22 episodes each.

The main storyline of the series is based on historical events in France in the 15th century. The main character is the Queen of Scotland, Mary, who, at the age of 6, was betrothed to Francis II. This marriage becomes a strategic move that makes the young prince the king-consort of Scotland.

In the third season of the series, Mary finds herself surrounded by problems from all sides: Francis' mother, Catherine, wants to have more influence and actively hinders their relationship, which soon leads to the death of the newly crowned king, as predicted by Nostradamus. Elizabeth, along with the recently assembled army, went on the offensive against Mary Stuart. By the end of the season, she is left with nothing, which certainly foreshadows the continuation of the series.

The CW television channel will announce its plans for the new year in early January, so the fate of the TV series will only be known in 01.2016. Judging by the ratings received for the first part of the show "Reign," the storyline will be extended for at least one year. New episodes will be aired in 2017. The premiere of the fourth season of the TV series is scheduled for February 11, 2016, as it was with the previous three parts.
