In 2016, on July 30th, the Russian film industry presented a new crime series to the public. The premiere took place on the First Channel.

Russia, as a country, has long been attracting immigrants from the Middle East who are seeking a better life. Not everyone starts their journey here with good deeds, so most people have a negative opinion of all newcomers in any city. Moscow is already often referred to as a city where there are fewer Russians than people from other countries. People of all nationalities strive to find their place in this metropolis, where crimes occur every day. The main protagonists of the series are Rustam and Sasha. The first is a Caucasian man who sees good qualities in people but understands that crime is a festering sore in society that needs to be eradicated. The second is an avid xenophobe who often likes to drink and get into fights, which has led to him losing his job multiple times. Together, they work every day to catch criminals as employees of the GUDV. The partners often encounter various situations involving individuals from different nationalities. However, they are not always to blame, as it is often the case that there is more humanity in other people than in the native inhabitants. Therefore, throughout their work, the heroes begin to understand that their enemy is crime in any form.
