A young man named David dreams of becoming a good psychiatrist and having his own medical practice. However, at the moment, his dreams are far from reality. The guy has accumulated a significant debt from studying at medical school. Medical education in the United States is expensive and difficult to obtain. David understood that becoming a doctor would be difficult, but he could not imagine it would be this challenging. The guy tries his best to obtain a medical license to start his medical practice. This requires 1900 hours of medical practice, but where can he get it if David does not have the opportunity to work in an operating clinic? David decides to start his career by seeing patients for free in order to accumulate the required hours. Even the lack of a place to see patients does not stop the guy, who is ready to work anywhere and in any way. The place for consultations for the few patients he has becomes his parents' house, and even the garage, from which David specially removes the car. He is ready for any difficulties and the most challenging patients in order to achieve his cherished goal.
