"Sneaky Pete" (also known in Russian as "Хитрый Пит" and "Трусливый Пит") is a crime drama series that was filmed in the USA by directors Sara Pia Anderson and Seth Gordon. It premiered on August 7, 2015.
The main character of the series is a young thief and con artist named Pete. The first episode of the series begins when he finishes serving his prison sentence and enters the real world with a firm intention to leave his criminal past behind. He changes his name to Marius, which was the name of his cellmate. However, after doing so, the mafia starts hunting him down, and Pete is forced to abandon his initial plan and live as Marius did. He starts a family business and gradually immerses himself in it, realizing that he finds satisfaction in this life. He enjoyed living in a family circle. Later, he falls in love, and a perspective of a wonderful future opens up for him. However, his past mistakes continue to haunt him. The main character will have to correct them completely and preserve what has now become important to him.
