The producer of entertainment television film, Dave Andron, sought to create a series with an authentic reflection of the 1980s. The Forex channel presented its view to the world on the problem of drug use and dissemination.

In sunny Los Angeles, a snowfall occurred unrelated to natural disasters, which affected the lives of people in the late 20th century. With the onset of night, the city experiences a cocaine snow that spreads not only crime but also big money into the pockets of criminals. The youth indulge in "sniffing bliss," and the sudden death of a carefree and dependent person from an overdose is the inevitable result of a life of permissiveness. With each passing day, it becomes harder for the police to combat crime. The trade of the prohibited substance reaches its peak in 1983. Citizens are increasingly falling into the white powder networks, losing their sanity and willpower. The powder called "crack" (a smoking narcotic mixture) becomes popular, accessible to many who want to relax. It was delivered from the Dominican Valley by all criminal means, flooding the states with poison. However, the fortunate ones were not those who consumed and plunged into a state of euphoria, but those who were at the core of the trade and enriched themselves at the expense of naive youth. Fate brings together three different individuals: a dealer, a gangster, and a law-abiding citizen, who risk their lives to walk the thin line of a criminal path.
