The complicated fates of the friends will attract the viewer's attention by addressing important contemporary societal issues.

Three friends: a director, a writer, and an assistant, work at the "Scarlet" magazine. A women's fashion magazine must always be at the center of current events, so the girls will have to make a lot of effort to stay popular in the big city of New York, full of female cunning, betrayal, and competition. Jane, Kat, and Sutton help each other in searching for and creating interesting topics. The company, striving for active career growth, is led by the chief editor, Jacqueline. The boss assigns Jane a new task to chase her ex-boyfriend in order to create an interesting report. The topic becomes intimate relationships, but how can Jane write about it if she has never had an orgasm? Sutton experiences a breakup with her secret lover, the well-known lawyer Richard. To forget, the girl decides to immerse herself in work. However, work turns out to be above her life principles. Kat falls in love with a person who makes her question sexual orientation in love. Her beloved mysterious Muslim, Aden, turns out to be a woman.
