The plot of the film revolves around a young nurse named Victor, who gets a job at a plastic surgery clinic and has a very soft character. But one day, a criminal authority named Therapist comes to the clinic to change his appearance, wishing to hide from justice. However, by coincidence, a patient dies, and Victor realizes that the entire city mafia will seek revenge on him for it. And then, on the advice of his friend Artem, the guy decides to become the Therapist himself, getting involved in an incredible scheme. In the second season, Victor, who has gained confidence in himself, will try to win the heart of his beloved girl and not reveal all the cards to her.

In the first half of 2017, the premiere season of the project will start on NTV channel, consisting of a total of 10 episodes. The viewer will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the main characters and immerse themselves fully in a criminal adventure.
