Since childhood, Vitya has been distinguished by a calm and indecisive character. Everyone fusses around him, including friends and colleagues at work. The guy works as a nurse in the plastic surgery department of a major Moscow clinic, and one day a fairly well-known person comes to the medical institution. An influential criminal authority intends to change his appearance to avoid impending problems with the law and partners, whom he left without profit after another deal. Unfortunately, the plans of the "Therapist" are disrupted by chance - the hero dies in the middle of the operation. Vitya, drawing the wrong conclusions, blames himself for the client's death and is afraid of revenge from the mafia group left without a leader. A close friend of the hero, upon hearing the medical brother's story, suggests a logical solution to the problem - the guy should replace the Therapist, which, given the current situation, will not be difficult to do. Unable to find another way out, Viktor agrees.
