Kinostudio Teitelbaum Artists announced that Season 3 of the TV series "Best Donuts" will be released in the second half of 2019.
The finale of the second part will take place on the TV channel "CBS" in January 2018. This project is dedicated to the interesting relationship that has developed between the owner of a small cafeteria and a new employee.
What will happen in the 3rd season
The action takes place in Chicago, on the territory of which there is a cozy public place. It is famous for baking the most delicious donuts in the world. The place is owned by a whimsical and quarrelsome man named Pshibyshevsky. He is completely unable to adapt to the situation and refuses to keep up with the times. Arthur is confident that his products will always be bought, so he does not care about acquiring modern equipment. He does not know how to compete with numerous competitors, so soon his small enterprise was on the verge of bankruptcy. The unfortunate businessman could no longer cope with the work, so he decided to hire a skilled employee. His choice falls on an ambitious and determined black man named Franco. The young man is ready to disappear in the cafe for days on end in order to increase revenue. He offers the employer a multitude of various plans aimed at modernizing the business, but he rejects any proposals. However, the profit decreases every day, so sooner or later the miser will have to think about the consequences that his own stubbornness will bring him.
The main roles are played by: Germaine Fowler, who appeared in the films "Dolores and Jermaine" and "Lucas Brothers," Maz Jobrani, who appeared in the feature films "The Drowned City" and "Dragonfly," Katie Sagal, known for the series "The Executioner" and "Brooklyn Nine-Nine," and other artists.
On February 2, 2017, viewers were able to watch the premiere episode. 26 episodes were released. An optimistic African American tries to help his stubborn employer revive the old-fashioned establishment.
