Arthur Przybyszewski opens a donut shop. He needed a new employee, who turned out to be Frank Wicks. But financial problems push the newcomer to modernize the store. However, Arthur is unhappy with the circumstances, he doesn't want to change anything in his creation. After all, it's his only outlet after the death of his wife. And graffiti artist Frank wants to completely change the concept of the establishment. The donut shop has its regular customers. There's James, a police officer and a fan of TV shows, a botanist and a geek. Randy is an experienced female police officer, whose duty is to look after the intern-colleague. Karl "Tucha" used to work at a factory, but after being fired, he vainly tries to find decent work. He either freelances or takes strange odd jobs. Fawz is an immigrant from Iran. He used to be a poor student, but now he's become an entrepreneur who is worried about every penny. Maya is a privileged student who is fully immersed in feminist ideas. All these diverse characters constantly interact with each other and find themselves in funny situations.
