Fantasy series by the famous screenwriter and TV producer Eric Kripke started in the autumn of 2005 on The WB channel, which no longer exists. After merging with the UPN media network, it transformed into the well-known The CW, which continues to air the show. The television series is still being filmed in Canada under the direction of the new executive producers Jeremy Carver and Sara Gamble.

The Winchester brothers, Dean and Sam, never stop their continuous work of searching for and destroying demons on the territory of the United States. But they are not the only ones hunting the supernatural - other hunters occasionally cross their paths. Despite the number of people wanting revenge against supernatural creatures, their numbers do not decrease, but rather the opposite. This is also the case at the beginning of this part of the story, as a new demonic threat looms over the world. If the Winchesters cannot stop its activities, innocent people may be dragged to the other side of reality and their souls will be possessed. Meanwhile, Sam continues his search for the truth about their father, the mystery of their mother's murder, and the girl at the university...
The main characters of the show are the brothers Dean (played by actor Jensen Ackles) and Sam (played by actor Jared Padalecki) Winchester. The role of their father, John, is portrayed by Jeffrey Dean Morgan, who is now better known as Negan from the series "The Walking Dead".
The plot of "Supernatural" narrates the adventures of the Winchesters, who by fate become hunters of the supernatural and otherworldly events. After the mysterious death of their mother and the disappearance of their father, they embark on a journey across America in the legendary 1967 Chevrolet Impala. Along their way, they encounter demons, vampires, and other inexplicable creatures to an ordinary person. But this does not stop them on their quest to uncover the truth about their parents... By the end of the twelfth season, the total number of episodes shown reached 265. Initially, the show's creator planned to end the TV series after the third season back in 2008, but the drama's popularity and high ratings changed the initial plan.
