The 100 Season 4

The final episode of the third season of the fantastic TV series "The 100" from The CW channel will be waiting for viewers in early April. The creator of the show, Jason Rothenberg, has already rushed to please fans with the news that there will be a fourth season, 99% certain!

On Friday 11th of March, 2016, the director of The CW cable network, Mark Pedowitz, confirmed the release of a new season of Jason Rothenberg's show. The air date for the 4th season of the series "The 100" on The CW channel will be no earlier than mid-February 2017. The first episodes of the previous season received higher ratings than even the second part, so there is no need to worry about the fate of the project.

What will happen in the 4th season?

In the third season of the series "The 100", the focus was on the City of Light, where people were transferred by eating microchips with the computer program "ALIE". It turned out that the Commander was the second version of this development. Thanks to the found code of deactivation, all the people who received the key were healed and regained their own minds. Starting from the first episode of the fourth season, this storyline will take a different turn - Clarke learns about a global cataclysm that will destroy the remains of the planet in less than half a year. The released rockets destroyed many nuclear power plants, whose reactors gradually degrade over time. If this process is not stopped, the radiation level on Earth will reach such a high level that life will not be possible even for people who have adapted to higher doses. What Clarke and the Sky People will do to save the situation, we will only find out in the following episodes.

The executive producer of the project shared that in the new season, the script will transport us to the past, to the year 2052 - a time when the story was just beginning and will show the events that led to the destruction of civilization.

The TV show "The 100" transports viewers to the distant future, where Earth has been destroyed as a result of nuclear war. Humanity survived on an orbital station, where they strive to survive. After many years, resources become scarce, so as an experiment, 100 people are sent back to the planet to see if they can survive...
