In March 2016, the premiere of the series "The Catch" took place on ABC channel. Recently, it became known that the creators of the crime drama decided to renew it for a second season. The main roles in the series were played by Mireille Enos and Peter Krause. Interestingly, after the pilot episode aired, many actors involved in the project changed their roles.

Enos embodied the character of talented forensic accountant Alice Vaughan. Thanks to her efforts, many financial machinations were brought to the public's attention. Alice lives in prosperity. Everything is perfect in her personal life. Kieran is Alice's fiancé, with whom she intends to spend the rest of her life. However, the world of the main protagonist crumbles when she learns that her beloved is a fraudster and a con artist. Kieran runs away from his bride, taking with him several million dollars and important documents. Meanwhile, his former lover is busy working on a complex and high-profile case. Later, she finds out that Kieran has a wife. Together with her, he earns a living by deceiving women. In order to punish him, Alice sets off in search of him. She is in for many dangerous adventures. Will the heroine be able to find the con artist and hold him accountable? What plot twists have the show's creators prepared for the second season?
