The Deuce Season 2

The second season of the foreign TV series "The Deuce" will be available in the fall of 2018, as confirmed by a representative of Blown Deadline Productions studio.

The final episode of the 1st part is expected to be broadcasted on the television channel "NVO" in October 2017. The authors reveal some aspects of the porn industry, which started developing in the 70s of the 20th century.

The central figures of the story are two enterprising relatives who intend to get rich and occupy a certain niche in the entertainment industry by any means necessary. They lived in a rather difficult time, marked by the emergence of the sexual revolution, an unhealthy criminal situation in the country, and the beginning of cultural enlightenment. Despite numerous difficulties, the guys decided to take a risk. They decided to try their luck in the porn business. It soon became clear that the brothers were not pioneers, so they had a great number of competitors. Some achieved impressive success in the chosen field, while others suffered greatly for their activities and sank to the bottom. The actors involved in adult films hoped that the great producers would notice their talent and invite them to mainstream cinema. But, as a rule, all their dreams were shattered, and they themselves got hooked on drugs.

The main roles were played by James Franco, known to audiences for the films "The World of the Future" and "Spider-Man", Margarita Levieva, star of the TV shows "Revenge" and "Blacklist", Maggie Gyllenhaal, who participated in the films "The Dark Knight" and "Mona Lisa Smile", and other actors.

The premiere in Russia started on September 11, 2017. A total of 8 episodes were filmed. This project tells the story of the main characters and the obstacles they encountered when they started producing erotic films.
