Unwavering mother Frankie tries to connect all this diversity of characters into a single bond. Each new season, in a comedic format, describes events that can happen in real American families.

On September 30, 2009, the premiere episode of the popular series was first shown. In each season, the creators shoot 24 episodes full of excellent humor and genuine emotions.
