The Rain Season 2

The representative of the film company Miso Film has announced that the second season of the Danish TV series "The Rain" is expected to be released in the spring of 2019.

The finale of the first part was streamed by the media service Netflix in May 2018. The story revolves around members of a family who were forced to spend a long 6 years in a secluded place.

The heroine becomes a charming young person who had lots of friends and attended a good school. One day, her parent burst into the high school and made the astonished daughter leave the educational institution. The man took her and the rest of the family members to a specially constructed bunker and asked them not to go outside under any circumstances. Meanwhile, a heavy rain started outside. People who were touched by raindrops died immediately. Scientists couldn't explain the reasons for what was happening and searched for answers to their questions for a long period of time. While researchers studied the information and tried to deal with the consequences of the apocalypse, the frightened girl and her younger brother locked themselves in the shelter. Under the threat of death, their father forbade them from leaving the hiding place. The scared children had to obey their father's decision and lived locked up for about six years. Then they had to come out of the underground. Finding themselves free, the grown-up brother and sister fell into the hands of strange strangers dressed in protective suits.
