The Strain Season 4

The creator of the TV series Guillermo Del Toro has already shared with journalists the joyful news at ComicCon 2016 - the FX channel management plans to shoot at least four seasons of "The Strain". The premiere of the next part of this multi-series horror is scheduled for the end of summer 2017.

What will happen in the 4th season

Eph Goodweather, together with the remaining employees from the Center for Disease Control and Doctor Abraham Setrakian, tries to stop the spread of a mutagen in the United States that turns humans into obedient slaves. These creatures inhabit dark places and attack under the guidance of their command at night on the remnants of civilization in order to completely exterminate humanity. But only by uniting efforts of the main characters, it will be possible to stop the ancient evil that inhabited our planet centuries ago and migrated from mysterious Romania to the United States.

The series "The Strain" by FX started in the middle of 2014. A total of 39 episodes, each lasting up to an hour, have been released. The script tells the story of the invasion of ancient vampire Yusef Sardu in America, who will try to infect Manhattan with a virus that turns people into mindless Strigoi. The show is based on the eponymous novel by Guillermo Del Toro and Chuck Hogan, which was released in print the day before the premiere.
