Comedic TV project was worked on by Minky Spiro. She directed the shows "Jessica Jones" and "Waterloo Road".

The plot revolves around a diverse group of people of different ages - from teenagers to graying old men. The common trait among them is that they all settle on a multi-apartment building located in a notable neighborhood. The key characters comfortably settle inside the residential area and slowly get to know their neighbors. Among the residents of the high-rise building are elderly citizens who poke their noses into other people's affairs, energetic kids who can't sit still, young people who actively engage in personal relationships, lovely moms with their little ones, and ambitious workaholics. One of the heroines is a minor girl who is shocked by the news of her own pregnancy. She has to understand her feelings and explore her inner world, which can sometimes be extremely contradictory. Living nearby is a mysterious lady who diligently guards her dark past from her beloved husband. On the street lives a lonely girl who desires happiness, and a wise law enforcer who chases local troublemakers. The characters gradually come together, discover hidden secrets, and become reliable allies. The group happily helps their comrades solve family troubles and other problems.
