The American youth channel MTV has revealed the top ten highest-rated TV shows that aired throughout 2015.
Choosing the best series of last year was not easy, because during this period a record number of 409 shows were released. But still, here are the top ten series of the past year:
"Jessica Jones"
A series based on the Marvel studio's comic book of the same name, tells the story of superhero Jessica Jones, who tried to leave her past behind and become a private detective.
"The Last Man on Earth"
A post-apocalyptic series from the FOX channel, which tells the story of Phil Miller's survival after a global catastrophe.
"Fear the Walking Dead"
A spin-off of the series "The Walking Dead," whose actions take place in Los Angeles.
"Supergirl"
A story about the cousin of Superman, Kara Zor-El.
"Better Call Saul"
A story about criminal lawyer Saul Goodman, is a spin-off of the show "Breaking Bad."
"The Flash"
A series about Barry Allen, who tries to uncover the truth about his mother's murder and, as a result of a scientific experiment, gains superhuman abilities.
"Orphan Black"
A TV show that tells the life of Sarah Manning, who discovers that she is actually a clone.
"Veep"
A comedy series about Selina Meyer, who became the Vice President of the United States.
"Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell"
The TV series tells an alternative version of England's history in the 19th century, where magic becomes one of the ways to fight France.
"BoJack Horseman"
A comedic animated show about BoJack Horseman, a former showbiz star.
