"Sputnik Vostok Production" is planning to launch the 2nd season of the series "Vostok for Beginners" in the autumn of 2022.

The finale of the first season is scheduled for release at the end of 2021. The first episode of the comedy show about the twists of fate was shown to the audience at a television series festival called "Pilot".

The story revolves around an ordinary middle-class family dreaming of happiness. A single woman raised two lively children on her own and had no idea that in adulthood she would be lucky and meet a worthy man of Eastern descent. Inspired, the lady developed passionate feelings for her active chosen one, and he reciprocated. Soon, the couple decided to move in together, but they needed to introduce their children to each other. The main character arranged an exciting meeting, introducing her beloved man to her offspring - her spoiled daughter Lenochka and her younger son Nikolay. The young girl was not delighted with her mother's choice and did not rush to embrace his heirs - Chingiz and Ainur. Despite her disapproval, the kids moved into the same house and began to establish their own rules. The unwanted cohabitation greatly spoiled the mood of the capricious girl, who was not ready for drastic changes. The pretty blonde did not believe that her mother would be happy with representatives of a different nationality.

The key roles were played by Elizaveta Kononova, seen in the films "The Difficulties of Survival" and "Ninka's Love", Natalya Gudkova, who appeared in the mini-series "The Makarovs" and "The Midwife", Timur Badalbeyli, involved in the projects "The Victors" and "The Joker's Smile", and other artists.

The premiere started in September 2018. There are 16 episodes. The plot revolves around the members of a large family who periodically find themselves in funny situations.
