Waco Season 2

Drew Dowdle, executive producer of the TV series "Waco Tragedy", announced the intention to show Season 2 in the first half of 2019.

The Season 1 finale was broadcast on the "Spike US" channel in February 2018. The action takes place in the early 1990s on American soil.

What will be shown in Season 2

The main character is the owner of a ranch located in the United States. He has gathered loyal people around him and engaged in illegal activities. The young man started a cult. He opened his doors to anyone in need of help. The members of the collective worked diligently to provide themselves and their loved ones with the necessary food. Under the guidance of a wise leader, the community gained wide recognition. The business went quite successfully for a long period of time. However, soon the law enforcement agents received alarming information that the sectarians were involved in selling firearms. The law enforcement officers could not ignore the ranch and went to verify the received information. For two months, the special agents made persistent attempts to capture the inhabitants of the huge house. The key characters categorically refused to surrender without a fight and hoped for a favorable outcome. They defended their own families and wanted to preserve a safe place for themselves.

The main roles were played by: Michael Shannon, known for his roles in "Nocturnal Animals" and "The Shape of Water," Paul Sparks, familiar to viewers from the films "Gone in 60 Seconds" and "Bird Dance," Taylor Kitsch, who appeared in art films "Pieces" and "Snake Flight," and other actors.

The premiere was presented for viewing on January 24, 2018. It consists of 6 episodes. The residents of the giant mansion called "Mount Carmel" tried to put up a worthy resistance to the federal agents who arrived for their souls.
