Wentworth Season 6

The main protagonist is a charming woman named Bea Smith. She was married to a normal guy and was raising her daughter. Everything was going predictably, but only until law enforcement officers accused her of attempting to murder her own husband. She had to leave her cozy home and go to a not-so-pleasant prison, where women live. It was quite difficult for her to leave her family and adapt to the challenging prison conditions. Quite quickly she realized that if she wants to coexist peacefully with dangerous criminals, she has to pull herself together and prove to her cellmates that she has every right to breathe the same air as them. The protagonist encounters a special hierarchy established behind bars and gets to know other unfortunate friends who ended up in the closed institution for various reasons.

The key roles were performed by Danielle Cormack, who starred in the films "Sunset Over Siem Reap" and "Queen of the River," Sharina Clanton, known for the projects "Rescue Special Ops" and "Lost," Kate Atkinson, who appeared in the films "A Japanese Story" and "Sweet Feelings," and other artists.

Viewers had the opportunity to watch the premiere episode on May 1, 2013. A total of 58 episodes were filmed. The script tells the story of a group of imprisoned women. They all have complex characters and difficult fates but try to overcome their problems together.
