The TV series ZKD is filmed by the film studio "Mosfilm." All the scenes were shot near MGU and in the Moscow district of Chertanovo. A special theme song was written for each episode, which plays at the beginning and serves as a brief summary of the previous episode. The second season will be almost twice as long as the first. The new part of the show is expected to have a total of 16 episodes. The project's main director is Igor Khomsky, for whom this TV series has become one of the most successful in his career.

Tim and Tsypa are searching for a doctor who can stitch up the gunshots on the bandit Vadik. Lisa, Lena, and Irina are planning to save their boyfriends from a bad fate because they know they have gotten themselves in deep trouble. Zhuka gets released from prison for lack of evidence and a very large bribe. Gufi already regrets getting involved with the neighborhood guys and is trying to get out of the gang. Since he knows too much, no one intends to let him go just like that...
The main characters in the show are: Timofey (played by Aristarkh Venes), Gosha (Alexander Melnikov), Kostya Tsyplakov (Nikita Pavlenko), Vadim (Alexander Petrov), and Philip Gubin (Daniil Vakhrushev). Their girlfriends are: Ira (played by Daria Rudenok), Lena (Lisa Kononova), Lyolik (Anastasia Stezhko), and Tim's sister - Lisa (Yulia Khlyunina).
The screenplays for the TV series are written by Ilya Kulikov. "The Law of the Stone Jungles" is becoming something akin to the Russian answer to Quentin Tarantino films. However, instead of a feature film, the Russian project is divided into episodes of 40 minutes each.
