Atypical Season 2

The Exhibit A film studio announced that the start of the second season of the comedy drama "Atypical" will take place in the autumn of 2018.

The project's hero is almost no different from his peers, except for one important fact. He has a severe form of a debilitating illness. Because of the illness, he is unable to live like ordinary citizens. It is extremely difficult for him to find common ground with people. Caring parents make attempts to help their son integrate into society, but even they are not all-powerful. Despite numerous difficulties, the young man tries not to get discouraged and willingly attends an educational institution. He has a strange friend named Zahid. After school, the young man goes to meet with a respected psychologist. The doctor tries to help the patient adapt to modern realities as soon as possible. The only thing that Sam lacks is a worthy chosen one. Charming ladies are not eager to connect their destiny with a slightly inadequate guy. He realizes that it will be very difficult for him to have romantic relationships with a representative of the opposite sex, but eventually comes to the conclusion that it is time to start a romance with an attractive classmate.

The key roles are played by: Keir Gilchrist, who starred in the feature films "Katie Fforde: Leaving Home" and "Good Neighbors", Jennifer Jason Leigh, who participated in the films "Annihilation" and "The Hateful Eight", Amy Okuda, who appeared in the series "Scream Queens" and "MacGyver", and other artists.

The premiere episode was shown on August 11, 2017. There are 8 episodes. The story revolves around an unyielding autistic person who dreams of meeting a decent girl.
