Rise Season 2

Jason Katims, one of the producers of the TV series "Rise," announced that the release of Season 2 is scheduled for 2019.

The TV channel "NBC" intends to broadcast the final series of the 1st part in May 2018. This captivating series is based on the work of talented writer Michael Sokolov.

The central character becomes an unremarkable young man named Lou Madzukelli, who has a rather closed and shy character. Despite his modesty, he managed to start a strong family and choose the profession he wanted. He cares deeply about children, so he decided to become a teacher. In the general education institution where the guy got a job, there was a theater club. The students didn't rush to join it, which led to it being on the verge of closure. Determined to prevent such an outcome, the determined teacher put all his efforts into its revival. The enterprising man worked tirelessly, urging the younger generation to join the group and try themselves in the acting field. He managed to organize the process skillfully and put on interesting performances. His active creative activity not only changed his indecisive nature but also influenced the unimaginably boring life of a small town.

The key roles were played by Shirley Rumirk, known for her roles in "Horror!" and "Murder on Manhattan," Josh Radnor, known for his art films "Happy Together" and "Midday Delight," Shannon Perser, involved in projects "The Box" and "Stranger Things," and other artists.

The premiere will start in 2018. There are 10 episodes produced. The authors of the drama TV show based it on a true story that happened to an ordinary schoolteacher.
