Spencer Strasmore, an honest and straightforward player, now needs to learn the art of conducting business. The ability to establish contact, persuade the interlocutor, provide irrefutable arguments, and set the course of action that is beneficial to Spencer's company - these are the main components of success that the man finds difficult to gather. After all, in order to achieve the goal, he has to compromise on previously inflexible principles and adapt to changing conditions, maneuvering in the rhythmic flow of jealous colleagues and inexperienced, but famous and wealthy athletes. Personal experiences often become the cause of lowering his clients' performance, and the agent has to have heartfelt conversations, give sound advice, and sometimes intervene in the intricate web of footballers' fates. All of this requires high concentration, thoughtfulness, and inner harmony.
