The peaceful city days have come to an end, as it is known that the killer is hiding among the town's residents, who are all good acquaintances. From now on, parents are on the lookout and trying to protect their children. Soon, Ann discovers a connection between Jesse's disappearance and a past murder: at that time, her father was the sheriff and ended his life by committing suicide because he failed to catch and lock up the criminal he was obsessed with. No one suspects that back then Ann received tips on the killer's search from an unknown source, and now she is receiving them again and realizes that the criminal will not stop until he rids the city of disgusting and dishonorable teenagers.
