Castle Rock Season 2

The events unfold in a fictional town located in the state of Maine. For a while, the local residents lived relatively peacefully and could not imagine that one day they would encounter unexplained and illogical phenomena. One of the main characters is a man named Lillangd Gont, who has an repulsive appearance and a somewhat ambiguous way of thinking. The citizens try to avoid him and keep their distance. He owns a small shop where extravagant and unusual items are sold. There are not many people who want to buy these strange exhibits from the sullen shop owner, but this fact does not darken his everyday life or cause discomfort. The mysterious man deals in purchasing the souls of ordinary mortals. He does not sell goods, but exchanges them for actions. Buyers are required to perform various unsightly deeds, which soon creates discord among once friendly neighbors.

The lead roles were played by Melanie Lynskey, who appeared in feature films "Changes" and "Rainbow Time", Andre Holland, who appeared in the films "Selma" and "Moonlight", Bill Skarsgard, who participated in the films "Anna Karenina" and "Atomic Blonde", and some other artists.

The premiere is planned for July 2018. A total of 10 episodes have been prepared for the show. It is expected that each subsequent season will be dedicated to new, interesting characters and stories from their lives.
