The Crossing Season 2

The film company Stage 49 has announced that the second season of the foreign science fiction project "The Crossing" will be ready for broadcast in 2019.

The final series of the first part will be broadcast on the "ABC" channel in 2018. When representatives of humanity realized that they could not escape from the terrible catastrophe that engulfed the planet, they decided to travel back several centuries.

The main characters found themselves in the past, where no one expected their appearance. However, only in this way could they escape destruction and hoped to live a peaceful life. As a habitat, the refugees chose a small provincial town located in the state of Washington. But none of them expected that real troubles awaited them here. The locals do not believe the arriving people who brought the incredible news of their origin. Meanwhile, as they try to adapt in an unfamiliar place, the neighbors look at them with suspicion and are in no hurry to accept them. And government structures investigate their stories, not believing a word they say. To understand what is happening in their jurisdiction, the valiant sheriff organizes an independent investigation, during which he discovers a huge amount of shocking things.

The main roles were played by Steve Zahn, who starred in feature films "Diary of a Wimpy Kid" and "National Security", Natalie Martinez, known for films "Death Race" and "End of Watch", Sandrine Holt, the star of the series "Mr. Robot" and "The Returned," and other actors.

The premiere is tentatively scheduled for the beginning of 2018. A total of 13 episodes were filmed. The police chief, together with concerned citizens, is trying to get to the bottom of the matter and determine whether the newly arrived guests are telling the truth about their arrival.
