The plot revolves around a quiet and self-conscious young man who works as a medical worker in a Moscow clinic specializing in plastic surgery. He never denies anything to close relatives and unquestioningly obeys any orders from higher management. In order to avoid problems, the shy guy is willing to submit to the will of his family and acquaintances. He is unable to stand up to hooligans and does not know how to communicate with members of the fairer sex. People often use him, and this fact does not bother the guy at all. One day, a local criminal authority comes to the hospital, wishing to radically change his appearance in order to prevent major troubles. But something went wrong, and the Therapist suddenly died during the operation. Victor is convinced that he is the one responsible for the leader of the criminal group's death, so retribution is inevitable. On the advice of a friend, the medical nurse transforms into the deceased and decides to pass himself off as him.

Leading roles are played by Pavel Priluchny, who became famous after the projects "Beauty Queen" and "Closed School", Ilya Glinnikov, a star of TV series "Swallows' Nest" and "Roof of the World", Diana Pozharskaya, who appeared in the films "Eclipse" and "Evil Joke" and other actors.

The premiere will be aired in 2020. A total of 10 episodes were filmed. The main character, for the first time in his wayward life, takes a big risk and pretends to be a brutal criminal.
