The premiere of the first season of the project "Goliath", which tells the story of a lawyer trying to seek revenge for his broken life, will take place on October 14, 2016. The crime drama promises to be a truly captivating story that must definitely have a continuation.

Representatives of the digital service Amazon, who invited director David Semel to shoot the series, have not yet mentioned the second season. In the case of high ratings, the management will extend the series, and then it will be able to appear on screens already in the middle of 2018.

What will be in the second season

The plot tells the story of Billy McBride, a recently successful and promising lawyer who earns a lot of money. He was the founder of a popular law firm, but one of his colleagues managed to set him up, and the lost case turned out to be a collapse of his whole life: he lost his job, his wife left him because of a lack of money, and only a bottle of whiskey always remained by his side. It seemed like there was nothing left, but suddenly a beginner lawyer appears at his doorstep, also fired from the firm and wishing to take revenge on those who wronged them. Together they take on a new lawsuit, in which the opposing counsel will be the same lawyer who betrayed them both. Who will be able to come out as a winner?

10 episodes are planned for release, which will be shown in one day. Therefore, viewers will not have to guess and spend weeks in anticipation of the continuation.
