I'm Dying Up Here Season 3

The film studio Assembly Entertainment has announced that the start of the 3rd season of the fascinating creation "Dying of Laughter" is planned for spring 2020.

The TV channel "Showtime" presented the finale of the second part in July 2018. The action of the comedy drama takes viewers back to the 70s of the last century.

What will happen in the third season

The events unfold in vibrant Los Angeles, where the key characters of the TV series live and work. During this period, stand-up clubs begin to gradually emerge, where people can try themselves in the comedy genre. There are absolutely no restrictions on stage. Participants are able to choose topics for discussion themselves and present prepared material in any way they wish. One of such establishments, highly in demand by the public, is a club called "Goldie". It is loved by the citizens because of the abundance of unique comedians who possess incredible charisma and undeniable talent. Some of them manage to entertain the audience in a matter of seconds, while others require much more time. But each of them strives to realize their potential and earn the immense love of demanding regulars. The guys have a hard time because they must overcome their fears and overcome numerous competitors who dream of becoming stars.

The main characters are talentfully portrayed by: Melissa Leo, who starred in the films "Snowden" and "I Fought the Law", Michael Angarano, who appeared in the films "Almost Famous" and "Sun Dogs", Clark Duke, who made an appearance in the TV shows "Room 104" and "The New Guy", and other actors.

The premiere took place on May 22, 2017. 20 episodes were filmed. The project is focused on outstanding comedians, their creative path, and behind-the-scenes life.
