Ruby Walker is a medical worker who falls into depression because of personal drama. She realizes that it will be difficult to cope with the overwhelming difficulties in her usual place, so she agrees to move to South India. She sincerely hopes that a change of scenery and the hot sun will benefit her and bring a charge of unforgettable emotions. The girl is confident that she will stop being sad and will fully relax. She naively believed that her new job responsibilities would be easy and would not cause her much trouble. The girl thought that she was coming to a real paradise, where she would have various adventures and a lot of interesting activities. She dreamed of learning about local traditions and customs and immersing herself in an unfamiliar culture. But reality turned out to be much more prosaic. Instead of a prosperous clinic, she ends up in a backward hospital, where there is a catastrophic lack of modern equipment and medication. In such horrifying conditions, she will have to work and constantly examine incoming patients.

The main roles are performed by: Philip Jackson, who played in the films "The Best Offer" and "The Town", Darshan Jariwala, who appeared in the films "The Vice Regent's House" and "A Handful of Pennies", Neil Morrissey, who appeared in the series "Exception" and "Night Manager", and other actors.
