Four decades later, secret services began to hunt for scientific technology. The question became more relevant than ever, as everyone clearly understood that the world was on the verge of war and whoever could appropriate the death machine would have a significant advantage over other opponents. Max Livius also strives to acquire the weapon. Previously, he served as an officer, but now he has stepped away and works as a cameraman. But he cannot allow the destruction of the planet and intends to find the blueprints before competing structures. The man has acquired reliable assistants. His beloved and faithful friend Phil became them.

The key roles were played by Sergey Bezrukov, who gained an impressive army of fans after participating in the films "Strict Regime Holidays" and "Brigade", Maria Lugova, a star of TV series "Murka" and "Redhead", Yevgeny Stychkin, who became famous after filming in feature films "Election Day" and "Suicide" and other well-known Russian actors.
