Alex Goodman, who works as a banker, has achieved considerable heights. Influential parents invested a lot of money in a prestigious university, giving the child a decent education. The smart guy tries to do everything possible to gain independence and recognition through his own efforts. This behavior is influenced by Alex's origin, which he carefully tries to reject. He is the child of Russian immigrants who moved to Great Britain. And it's not the nationality that embarrasses the young man, but illegal business belonging to his family. The couple is the heads of a mafia clan. Unlike his relatives, Goodman is not thrilled with such conduct of affairs and dreams of never getting involved in the intrigues that take place. The main dream of the hero is his own honest business, built together with his beloved girlfriend. But it won't be easy to reject his origins. One of the criminal groups threatens his girlfriend, and in order to save her, he will have to immerse himself in the hated mafia world.
