Mom Season 5

The Warner Bros. Television studio has announced the renewal of the international comedy TV series "Mom" for its 5th season, which will premiere in the fall of 2017.

The final of the 4th part is scheduled for May 2017. The broadcast is carried out on the television channel "CBS". The story centers around an attractive middle-aged blonde who is trying to break free from harmful habits and become a good mother.

Christy Plunkett is forced to take care of her teenage daughter and young son on her own. In the past, she lived a less than righteous life and was by no means an example to be followed. In order to give her children a worthy reason to be proud of their mother, she tries to stop abusing alcoholic beverages, but it is quite difficult to do so, especially since the woman works as a waitress at a venue where every other person orders drinks. She attends Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, where she meets Jill and takes her under her wing. To top it all off, the main character has a large sum of money to pay and is unable to pay the rent bills. Her mother, who also suffers from alcohol and drug addiction, finds out about it. The relationships between close relatives are far from perfect. Nevertheless, Bonnie tries to help her daughter get out of the difficult situation she finds herself in. She also decides to introduce Christy to her biological father, who did not participate in her upbringing.

The key roles were played by Anna Faris, the star of feature films "Brokeback Mountain" and "Lost in Translation", young talent Blake Garrett, who appeared in projects "The Hangover" and "The New Guy", Allison Janney, who appeared in films "The Help" and "Juno", and many other actors. The film was twice awarded the Emmy Award.

The premiere episode was aired on September 23, 2013. A total of 88 captivating episodes were shot. The script tells the story of a former alcoholic who is going through a difficult period in her life.
